Molly was Shane's true and real love interest and what they have in common is they have a genuine fondness and affection for each other. Although the break up between Shane and Molly was caused by the cruel words of Molly's mother, Phyllis Kroll which led Shane to flirt with another woman in front of Molly and even though she was hurt, Molly handled the situation gracefully telling Shane that she deserved compassion. Molly really cares for Shane and her love letter which is for Shane expressing her love for her would fix and repair their broken relationship and Shane would have the chance to reconcile with her. Molly learned about the cause of their break up and had to deal and confront with her mother. During her conversation with Jenny, Molly stated that her mother was a raging ***** and played on every part of Shane's insecurity saying that she's not good enough for her and not worthy of her, and said that she won't let her do anything like that to the woman she truly and really loved. Jenny blocked Shane's opportunity of reconciling with Molly by hiding the letter in her attic so she could have Shane and did not bother mentioning to Shane that Molly had dropped by and had returned the jacket with the letter in it. And because of Jenny's silence about Molly's visit and hiding the letter, Shane lost her, although Jenny was silent about Molly's visit and hid the letter in the attic for three months, Shane had a run-in with Molly in a store leading her to uncover the hidden love letter in the attic and did the right thing to end her relationship with Jenny for sure and for good. Shane was sitting on the steps looking numbly wide-eyed and expressionless thinking about Molly and it was her all along and she would not loose her again, and had to realize that her relationship with Jenny was unhealthy and not appropriate and was wrong and is not meant to be. Shane must reconcile with Molly and they should be together now.

Tina was framed for theft when the Lez Girls negatives was stolen and later ransomed via correspondance faxed to the studio, signed by Tina and thereby implicating her as the thief. Tina was not invloved in stealing the Lez Girls negatives and although her handwriting matches the signature in the fax message, she was never involved in stealing them. Nikki is the one who stole the Lez Girls film negatives during her confession at a police interrogation, she does not want anyone to see that movie because it was an embarassment and a terrible film, that's why she does not want it to be released so she hid the negatives in Jenny's attic and nobody will ever find it, and she assumed that if it was ever discovered in her attic then Jenny would have to pay the price for the humiliation she did to her. The reason why the movie Lez Girls was an embarassment and a terrible film is because of Adele Channing, she stole Jenny and Nikki's private video tape of their lovemaking during the Subaru Pink Ride and uses it as a means of blackmail to have Jenny removed as the director of Lez Girls with herself being the replacement. It remains unclear when and why Nikki decided to eventually frame Tina for the theft, and when exactly the theft and the planting of the footage in Jenny's attic took place, either the planting might have happened during Bette and Tina's farewell party at the latter couple's home or three months earlier. I don't think that Nikki was the one who framed Tina for theft because I don't believe that Nikki forged Tina's signature on a fax message. Whoever forged Tina's signature is manipulative and treacherous, Adele could be the one who forged Tina's signature on a fax message and framed her for theft, she probably could have used a scanner and printed Tina's signature from one her office papers on a letter and send it through fax.

Shane did the right thing to end her relationship with Jenny after a run-in with Molly in a store leading her to uncover the love letter hidden in Jenny's attic in Season 6 Episode 8, at least she made the right decision. Jenny hid the letter in the attic and never bothered mentioning to Shane that Molly came and droped by returning her jacket along with the letter she wrote and sent, she made Shane forget about Molly and not being able to reconcile with her, and Shane did not know about it. Molly was the only girl whom Shane truly, really and ever loved. The relationship between Shane and Jenny was totaly unhealthy and completely inappropriate, in fact it was wrong. They were not right not perfect nor suitable nor meant for each other as a couple, even though they have been best friends and roommates for four or five years, and the best resolution is that the relationship between Shane and Jenny should end once and for all. Jenny should stop loving Shane and remove her from her heart and let her go and settle with Molly. There shall be no engagement between Shane and Jenny in marriage, not now! not ever! Now that Shane found and read the letter hidden in the attic, it is completely and finally over between her and Jenny. Shane must go and search for Molly and reconcile with her, and they should be together now.
