Tina was framed for theft when the Lez Girls negatives was stolen and later ransomed via correspondance faxed to the studio, signed by Tina and thereby implicating her as the thief. Tina was not invloved in stealing the Lez Girls negatives and although her handwriting matches the signature in the fax message, she was never involved in stealing them. Nikki is the one who stole the Lez Girls film negatives during her confession at a police interrogation, she does not want anyone to see that movie because it was an embarassment and a terrible film, that's why she does not want it to be released so she hid the negatives in Jenny's attic and nobody will ever find it, and she assumed that if it was ever discovered in her attic then Jenny would have to pay the price for the humiliation she did to her. The reason why the movie Lez Girls was an embarassment and a terrible film is because of Adele Channing, she stole Jenny and Nikki's private video tape of their lovemaking during the Subaru Pink Ride and uses it as a means of blackmail to have Jenny removed as the director of Lez Girls with herself being the replacement. It remains unclear when and why Nikki decided to eventually frame Tina for the theft, and when exactly the theft and the planting of the footage in Jenny's attic took place, either the planting might have happened during Bette and Tina's farewell party at the latter couple's home or three months earlier. I don't think that Nikki was the one who framed Tina for theft because I don't believe that Nikki forged Tina's signature on a fax message. Whoever forged Tina's signature is manipulative and treacherous, Adele could be the one who forged Tina's signature on a fax message and framed her for theft, she probably could have used a scanner and printed the signature on a letter and send it through fax.

Jenny also tells Shane about the foundation of their relationship they have created for so many years, but this is not true either because what Shane and Jenny have common is they don't have a genuine fondness for each other and they never form or develop anything like that. In fact Shane does not have a profound affection for Jenny at all, and besides Shane is not the right girl for Jenny and Jenny is not the right girl for Shane.The truth is that Jenny did not become Shane's love interest and Shane did not become Jenny's love interest too, they became only best and close friends and roommates from the beginning and during that time Shane gets involved in a relationship with women that became disastrous. Why would Jenny say to Shane that Nikki threatened to destroy or ruin the foundation of their relationship they have created for so many years? It's ridiculous, nonsense, and insane and it's definitely and absolutely not true all, Nikki did not do anything like that and they never created a foundation of their relationship.

Jenny was the right and legitimate person to be the director of Lez Girls but Adele was illegitimate and she has no right to be the director of Lez Girls and she has no right to steal Jenny's career as movie director and her movie project. The truth about the film production company is that they have screwed up because of Adele's lies and deceit that resulted in Jenny's wrongful termination and making Adele the new director of Lez Girls when in fact she is not the right person to be the director of the movie. Adele made a speech during the Lez Girls wrap up party stating that Jenny gave her an opportunity but Jenny did not give Adele any kind of opportunity, in fact Adele stole it but she denies this infront of William's ears. Shane's heart is not meant for Jenny and Jenny's heart is not meant for Shane because Shane is a sexually aggressive slacker who seeks any girl she wants just for her own pleasures, that's why it was a huge mistake for Jenny to break up with Nikki and being madly in love and getting involved with Shane when in fact Shane was not the right girl nor the perfect partner for her at all. And the truth about Jenny is that she blocked Shane's opportunity and chances of reconciling with Molly, that's why she hid the love letter in the attic so she could have Shane. Jenny thinks that Shane is her only one and true love but she is dead wrong. Jenny had to pay the ultimate price for the humiliation she did to Nikki, first she called her inviting her to come back and spend the night with her and saying that she's a spoiled brat and that their whole relationship on the set of Lez Girls was just a showmance, and second she convinced her to sell herself as a date for one night at a charity auction then buys Nikki herself and publicly announces that she did so for Shane, who could now sleep with her whenever she wanted. Therefore Jenny must suffer the consequences for her action.

Jenny tells Shane that Nikki betrayed both of them, but this is not true. Why would Nikki betray both Jenny and Shane? Jenny is dead wrong to think that Nikki betrayed both her and Shane in the most fundamental way, she should not blame and accuse Nikki of betrayal. Nikki was torn between Jenny's plea to leave in solidarity with her and the contract she’s under but she was also sadened to see her leave the studio, and Nikki could not walk out with her because she could not afford to take the risk of loosing her acting career by breaching her contract and become devastated. Therefore Jenny cannot call that betrayal, Nikki is in fact profoundly in love with her and wants to win her back despite of Jenny's wrongful termination and it's not fair and not right for Jenny to state that Nikki is dead to her and she's not in love with her anymore. Shane is right about Nikki, that she’s profoundly in love with Jenny. Nikki has shown deep compassion for Jenny when she's being replaced. The only person whom Jenny should blame is Adele because she’s responsible for all the devastations she has caused, she stole her career as director of Lez Girls and sabotaged her romantic relationship with Nikki, and the contract that Nikki and her co-stars signed recently was under Jenny's name but Adele took advantage of the contract when she's being replaced as director of Lez Girls, and Adele can't be trusted because she's a manipulative and treacherous person and she's indeed a malicious bitch, a saboteur, a thief, a big fat liar, dishonest and deceitful.

Neither Jenny nor Nikki were aware of Adele's intentions, in fact they don't know that they're being watched by Adele from outside their tent when they were making a private video tape of their lovemaking. Jenny is still dead wrong about Nikki, she should not feel personally betrayed even though Nikki didn't leave in solidarity with her. The truth about Nikki is that she is torn between her acting career and Jenny, and above all of that her manager and agents are in charge of her and she is their responsibility. Nikki did not have the guts nor the strength nor the courage to leave in solidarity with Jenny because her manager and agents reminded her that she's under contract and that she should stay and if she does walk out and leave with Jenny she would be in breach of contract and her manager and agents will fire her and she would loose her acting career and become devastated, and that is not the kind of risk that Nikki can afford and willing to take. And why would Jenny feel a double betrayal when she found Shane hooking up with Nikki? Shane was not the right girl for Jenny, in fact she was not the perfect partner for her at all because the truth about Shane is that she is a sexually aggressive slacker who seeks any girl she wants just for her own pleasures, that's why she seduced Nikki.

Adele Channing steals a private sex tape that Jenny and Nikki made during the Subaru Pink Ride and uses it as a means of blackmail to have Jenny removed as the director of "Lez Girls" with herself being the replacement. Tina made a promise to the devastated Jenny about Adele saying "There is no way I'm gonna let that bitch walk away with our movie", but it was not enough that Tina did in order to nail down Adele and prevent her from getting away with what she has done. Tina should have work it out and find a way to get the truth out of Adele in order there is enough evidence against her that she indeed stole Jenny's career as director and their movie Lez Girls and that she used deception that resulted in Jenny's wrongful termination in order that Adele could get what she wants. Theft, sabotage, blackmail and fraud are the charges that should be filed against Adele Channing.

Adele is indeed the mastermind in Jenny's wrongful termination as director of Lez Girls. She uttered lies and used deception as she used and exposed Jenny and Nikki's private video tape of their lovemaking that she stole to convince Tina's boss Aaron, William the hedge fund millionare producer, and the movie producers to fire Jenny in order she could have her career as a movie director and her film project "Lez Girls" which is based on her novel that she published in The New Yorker. Jenny made a statement at the Lez Girls wrap up party that she is madly in love with someone and she was refering to Shane. She caught her seducing Nikki then she turned around walking away saying to Shane "You've broken my heart", if Jenny thinks that Shane has broken her heart she is dead wrong because the truth is that Jenny's heart is not meant for Shane and Shane's heart is not meant for Jenny. Long before the Lez Girls wrap up party, Molly was Shane's true and real love interest and what they have in common is they have a genuine fondness and affection for each other. Although the break up between Shane and Molly was caused by the cruel words of Molly's mother, Phyllis Kroll which led Shane to flirt with another woman in front of Molly and even though she was hurt, Molly handled the situation gracefully telling Shane that she deserved compassion. Molly really cares for Shane and her love letter which is for Shane expressing her love for her would fix and repair their broken relationship and Shane would have the chance to reconcile with her, but instead Jenny hid the letter in her attic so she could have Shane and that shows how selfish she is. The conclusion is that Shane's breaking of Jenny's heart is only an illusion because the truth is they never have a genuine fondness and affection for each other and breaking up with Nikki and being madly in love and getting involved with Shane was a huge mistake that Jenny made. Since Jenny's love for Shane is a forbidden love and their relationship and involvement is completely inappropriate and totally unhealthy, there shall be no marriage proposal of Jenny to Shane.
