RE: the super flu bug
Apr 27 2008, 6:06 AM EDT Hi atruffle, There is one simple way not to get the flu! Wash your hands after touching door knobs and any other surface. Don't put your hands in your face. Now I will give you a list of things not to do: 1. Do Get a Flu shot, this is a to do, if you are not able to do this consult a doctor. 2. Wash your face after kissing friends or family members. Why because germs and viruses tend to ricochet between close friends and family. 3. Eat only hot meals while dining out. 4. Change bedding often and wash cloths. 5. Drink a lot of water 6. Remember germs and virisus' love sweet juices 7. Avoid people with colds as best you can 8. Eat a lot of vegetables 9. Make sure you wash your hands and all surfaces after preparing any kind of fowl or meat 10. Pray a lot! I hope some of these measure will prevent you from getting colds and the flu. I have tried all of them and I haven't had the flu or a cold in years. Oh, I left a few out: I don't drink out of glasses in public places, use a straw! Take care of yourself and I wish you health. Your mom seems to be a loving, caring person. Good luck. Dustymomma Do you find this valuable? |
