Jen, you have been a torn person for 5 years now. This season especially I have never seen so much emotion from you in spite of your rep as a control freak. Maybe your sessions with Foxworthy have helped you to express your emotions better than in the past. But damn girl, you have got to smile and be happy next season. You've got your true love back, your family is together and you should be on top of the world. Let us see that BILLION DOLLAR SMILE of yours a lot more in Season 6.
Also, thanks for the vidcast w/Tobias Wolf. It was very interesting to hear his answers to "our" questions. Great idea! =)

I saw Flashdance so many times I can't count. I should have known then that I was a lesbian but it took several years to come to that realization. Jennifer is the main reason to watch The L word, way to much time is spent on Jennie. Loose Jennie and bring back PAPI and Carmen. Thats my two cents for whatever its worth.

OMG, I love Jennifer Beals. She is so sexy. I know she is straight but damn, she plays those sex scenes so well. I wonder if she has ever been with a women in her real life????? Hate to see them end the L Word. Such a awesome show. I will be ending my showtime. Please Please, don't end the L Word!!!

I recently was watching LMN and o to my surprise I saw 2 movies with Jennifer bealls in it and they were actually very good movies. She didn't throw down like she does in The L Word though. The name of the movies in case you ever want to watch is My Name Is Sarah and Desoulution Sound. I noticed these movies were not listed in what movies you have done. I really beleave her role in this show, I was so disapointed to find out she was not a lesbian, my god, she can really act!
I loved flashdance, I actually played it in a school play, and I very much enjoyed Caro Diario. But doing Bette Porter she just dazzled me for third time. I love that character, she makes it real!

Jen, I cannot remember even one episode during this entire season where u had a genuine happy-for-no-reason face. We got the picture - your under stress to change the sheets between Tina and Jodi. Gawd, I should have that problem! Seems like every episode year the writers saddle you with one horror after another: relationship hell, job loss, father passed away....oh ya it's been rough. I SAY: Screw the writers and sneak a quickie smile in for the GIPPER!!! It's utterly heartbreaking to see you so tense and serious 24x7....or could you be silently suffering from irregularity?? Anyway, get a grip, the real world is worse: Bush the butcher, war, gas prices, foreclosures, and recession. Your biggest worry: dumping Jodie. I would pay you money to take care of that little problem for you. Note to writers: add some smileyfaces to Jen's scripts. Or Else.

Most of my reason for watching the L Word is because of JB. She is so beautiful. And if she ever leaves the show, it just wont be the same. No The L Word without Jennifer. Love JB!!

If you really look at JB, she really isn't the most physically beautiful woman on the Lword. I think many people are smitten by her strong personality and that swaggering walk of authority that she possesses and plus she has the ability to verbally stimulate you with her articulate way of conversating. I, myself am more attracted to her mind more so than her body.

Everyone's just talking about how sexy and damn hot JB is. And of course she is. I've never seen a woman at the age of 40+ who is so god damn fucking sexy ;) I mean, I'm 23 an totally straight, but for her I would do everything, believe me. But in this thread we should talk about the other side of Jennifer Beals. I mean, she is so very intelligent ... it almost hurts. Things she says are well considered and it seems to be like she has an intelligent answer to every question. I don't know any other celebrity that keeps the private life and the life of the family faraway from the public. And she makes it good. So it shows that everything is about her work and not (just) about her. That makes her even more interesting and nevertheless she gets all the attention (even if she doesn't like that very much). So, is there anything else to talk about but her beauty?

Jennifer Beals is one of the most beautiful actresses in Hollywood. Not many people know that she is the one who pushed for Bette to be of mixed racial heritage, which brings a complexity to Jennifer's character, her relationships and to the L Word. She starred in Flashdance her freshman year at Yale. Her character in Flashdance could also take off her bra under a sweatshirt without showing anything. (Does anyone remember that scene???) Could Jennifer Beals be more talented?
