have you ever been in a crowed room where people are all talking quietely to the people surrounding them to the point you can't make out any one conversation but there are several going on around you. Live is like that you can sit by and watch other people live or you can make memories of your own. Thanks bads for remiding me you have to make the effort to receive one back.

The mind and the heart are so powerful they can both bring you so much joy and yet so much pain with just one thought it all stims from the choices we choose to make.
