I am a straight female. I wasn't going to watch the L Word, But I was a fan of Queer As Folk.
The L Word has helped me to become more compassionate & understanding of Gay women. These actresses have amazing courage & talent to play these characters. Alas I feel they will always be overlooked because of the content of the show. Yet DEXTER gets a a nomination. This show has done so much for gay women.. THANKS L WORD for helping me to be more compassionate & understanding. Its not too late , Emmys come out again next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
