(In my younger days) The way she just kind of kicks back and takes it all in, is loyal and generous with her friends, hardened exterior but kind of soft on the inside, the way she watches and has that sexy smile, up for sex just about anytime without feeling bad not having sleep overs, etc. Now I'm an "old" married woman having been with my partner for 17 years! 100% loving and faithful...go figure? Feb 8 2008, 11:27 PM EST I think that I really identify with Dana (even that she's gone) because i'm still afraid of getting out in front of my parents and I'm kinda neurotic man. Then the other character is Alice, because I'm bisexual and the most of the things she have done i think that i'm very close to it... Feb 11 2008, 4:31 PM EST God, I wish I could lie here but it's Bette, because of sports, work, community, I have always been in positions of rule or be ruled I learned early I perferred ruling better. That was until an illiness put me on my ass two years ago no more 12-14 hour days and plenty of time to think about how much I've missed putting career first that helped me change a little. Now I would have to say I'm a cross between Bette and Tina 2.0 ,this season's Tina, I'm still aggressive as hell at work and play but I've learn to leave it there and I've even learned that fun's not such a bad thing Post reply Do you find this valuable?

And I have been with my girlfriend, Jesse, for 4 years and 2 months. She actually proposed a few days ago :-). But she is bi-racial, white mother, black father. So she is my Bette. Plus she is a much more financially stable woman (and controlling). I just feel like I can relate to her character a lot. Plus the fact Jesse is the first female I've ever been with, which reminds me of the episode in Palm Springs. My First, Last, and Forever. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

With Dana I understood her struggles as being an in-the-closet woman with family but very much out with friends. I was so afraid to come out to my family, who seemed to know I was gay long before I told them. Tasha really reminds me of myself. I wear my hair the exact same way she does. I was in ROTC all four years of high school and found it to be very fun and would be an excellent choice to make a career out of it. Post reply Do you find this valuable?
