Jan 23 2008, 11:11 PM EST I identify with all the characters We will start with bette,I choose to become more absorbed and aware of the L-Energy of life and to need my way in to it,they are the serenity,delight,purpose,meaning and compassion to brighten my life and the lives of those I love.I want to trust my heart,and only see good things for my life....What I know at forty that I did not know at twenty that I had little faith and to little reverence for things I could not see.........How my personality relates to Shane......That would go back to my late teens early twentys.It kind of relates to a song ---I must have been through about a million girls, I love them and I leave them alone, I didn' care how much they cryed no sir....I was a workaholic that put power before love....I found sex as a way to relieve stress..I enjoyed being and having all ,the thought of settleling down seemed absurd ,there was nothing like having your cake and eatting it to .really enjoyed these years of my life.I lived what most people only dream of , exspecially men ha ha I never looked for love only being happy..I believed at the time that urgent things was not important,and that important things was not urgent. The experiences I lived are well to be remembered there a part of my heart (a happy part) that can never be taken away.And if I could do it all over again yes, I would.....At that time of my life the art of making money was the knowledge of spending it on joy,happiness and laughter.....People still ask to this day what did you do with all that money you made coal mining? Jan 24 2008, 2:04 AM EST My advice may not be the best ,but Ill try ,How old is your sister? maybe its her that really dont want them,some weman like to explore.,its kind of like putting another knotch on her belt......Finding a person with the same dreams as you can be a challenge ,maybe she just needs to date ..dont try to look for the best lover ,try to be the best lover patience is the virtue,....If you wishto "fall in love" or "feel intence love" The romantic version of lovingasserts that we involuntarily"fall in love" or are spontaneously attracted to someone against our will.Although relation ships may begin with such infatuation,lasting love transcends romance and grows from a mental decision to behave lovingly toward and with another person.It is un wise to seek popular but unresearched psychologys idea of romantic love rather than deciding together a creative new love......L-energy is a connective force not an individual experience . Then Jenny...I can be a little crazy at times and I love to write, daydream, and imagin. And Alice because I love to have a great time and be as silly as can be Do you find this valuable? |

Jan 25 2008, 4:02 AM EST I think I mostly identify with Bette. I admit, I like to be in control and I have such a passion for my work that I put all my effort into it. I'm not one to necessarily rely on people (like Bette in S1) but I do turn to those closest to me when I need to (like Bette needing Tina's advice and comfort in S4 with her problems with Jodi). I can be pretty fierce when I want to and I believe that if you can do a job or get something you want, that it's best to do it yourself...especially if you can do it better! I think I also partly identify with Tina and Alice as well. Mostly Season 1 Tina, because I'm fierecly loyal and often put other people before me and sometimes I won't speak up when I should. And then I'm just like Alice because I'm often regarded as "the funny one" in my group of friends and I try not to take life too seriously and just enjoy having fun and spending time with all the people I love! :oD So all in all, I'm Bette with a slight sprinkling of Tina and Alice! I do hold out hope that someday there will be a show that I can turn on and say wow a positive representation of a slightly overweight, crew cut sporting, gentle teddy bear of a woman, hard on the out side but not on the inside. (miss her) Not the athletic part, but Im always saying crazy shit outloud because it never comes out the way it sounded im my head, doing clumsy things, getting embarrassed easy and having to ask about something. On the personality side I can relate to Shane. Not slutty shane, but hardworking, kind hearted, best friend you could ever have Shane. Do you find this valuable? |

Some days I have to change clothes two or three times to feel like me and be comfortable .,I had surgery about 6 years ago and gained 40 pounds, I was so unhappy with my looks, I strived to have the old me back,It took over a year and a lot of bottles of water but I finally got back to the ol' me.....Then oppertunity knocks...They want to give me a permotion at work , it sounded really great except they told me I cant look so gay, confused at first,,why would they want me for who I am but not for how. I dressed. They said let your hair grow out, loose the wallet and wear tighter dress pants. I wonder if I do all these things if when I look in the mirror ,If i'm still gonna see me? Do you find this valuable? |
