The end of Jobette can't come soon enough for me. Their relationship just grates. I think Jodi is rude insensitive and even somewhat crude. I hate to see the deballing of wonderful alpha Bette Porter at the hands and mouth of Jodi Lerner. I hardly recognize Bette Porter anymore. Jodi is much more of a free spirit than Bette. I am tired of Bette wondering if she is walking on eggshells around Jodi. Wondering what else Jodi won't like. Jodi has a lot more chemistry with Michelangelo than Bette. It's too bad that MM's acting talents aren't particularly evident in the L Word. I have enjoyed her in other roles but not much as Jodi. 1  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

Jodi needs a different type of of woman as does Bette--they are not a long term match, 3  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

"Are you kidding me?? The goodnight kiss followed by Jodi signing- asking Bette to come with her to have sex. Bette being realistic and needing to stay at work late and saying I need to work late maybe tomorrow... Jodi says if you are lucky. Bette needs to get back with Tina.. Tina wouldn't say that. There relationship is really based around sex anyway.. What makes you like the relationship between the two anyway?"
I know it seems that all of Bette's thoughts are going toward Tina, she just cant keep her off her mind.I myself am interested in Bette's answer to Tina ,about if she loves Jodi,Watch her say -I don't know?Bettes life is to full of work to pull off keeping to lover's,we already no Tina is going to go along with it...Jodi also wanted more than one lover in the beginning of the relationship...How long do you think she'll have her cake and eat it to ? Or will she keep telling Jodi NO,until she figure's it out

Well I believe that Jobette is over regardless, because there is a very important ingredient missing in that relationship and that's love and passion. Bette misses what she used to have with Tina plus they have something that is long lasting. The kiss had so much fire, passion and it shows hunger for each other.

Although Bette made the kiss seem like a no brainer it is and she knows it and so does Tina. All that small talk is a facade!

I think Marlee is doing a great job as Jodi, she brings something new and exciting to the cast. She isn't rude and insensitive, what she is an honest and open person who speaks her mind and because we see so few of those type of people in life and on tv, most people perceive her as being rude. Yes Jodi is a free spirit and that's why I love her, Bette needs someone who can challenge her and open her up a bit, because in my opinion she is just too damn uptight. Even though Jodi and Bette have disagreements, if you notice they always makeup before the night is over and they have fun together. Like how she and Bette were playing together during the self defense scene after Bette hit her hand hard. Bette and Tina disagreed as much as she and Jodi do, but Tina mostly gave in or either held it in and that is why they ended up going thru all that unnecessary drama with Tina taking her to the lawyers and eventually with Tina moving in with a man which ended up tearing Bette apart. I don't know about you, but I would rather someone come to me and we agree to disagree than for them to turn my life upside down with hurt and pain like Tina did Bette. Sorry but the end isn't over for Jobette yet, so I guess you will have to grin and bear.:-)

I believe you could be right,Bette may not be as quick to jump as you think,it's a lot harder to let someone in who has hurt you over and over, after a while it can turn into friendship after they do it 7 or 8 more times...It might take that for them to know who there heart really belongs to ..................You can't help but to love it..........

The history between Jodi and Bette, in my opinion, was destined to end just because Bette loves Tina, Jodie was only a palliative Do you find this valuable?

"Thanks TSDee. I truly hope they stay together. It would be great if they actually did take the Tibette fans on a wild ride like that. But no matter the outcome, I have really enjoyed Jobette."
Well CD.. After tonights episode it looks like we may come out the winners in this battle with the Tibette fans. When Tina asked Bette if she loves Jodi, I don't think Bette's "Yes" answer could have been more sincere than it was. GO JOBETTE!!!!

Check out the preview scene for next week's episode on the showtime website. It's the one called "Doesn't Compare" http://www.sho.com/site/video/brightcove/series/title.do?bcpid=1304999811&bclid=1399286372 as in "Bette says she loves Jodi, but it just doesn't compare to how she feels about Tina". Episode 6....it's ON.

I agree with you,she should never had said yes,and then Jodi was really nice not letting Tina drive...........I think that really messed Bette up made her feel really bad...

"I am so sad to see it coming to an end. I loved the goodnite kiss that Jodi and Bette shared in last nite's episode. It was so hot. I hated the scene where Tina and Bette kissed, but I am sure alot of Tibette fans are happy. Loved Tasha and Alice in last nite's episode, it is really touching to see how Alice is standing by Tasha during this rough time in her life. "
I love Bette and Tina together, and I was so excited I Tivo'd the hell out of that last scene when they kiss, and Bette cries and its so dramatic, and I'm waiting to see this weeks episode because I'm thinking they'll reconnect and it will be amazing and what-not, but NO, they don't, they really don't even talk about it, it was all this awkward sexual tension and brief awareness that they are still in love and its just weird, I don't like how this weeks episode was just like a bridge, like it is just bridging last week with next week. Not so much happened between the two of them. A lot of stuff happened with everyone else, just not them.
Which made me sad.
Because I'm impatient and I want to see them get back together.

I think bette said yes to being n love with jodi because she really dont know whats going on in tina's head. Tina acted out on her answer by getting wasted at the party. We all know thats not tina's character.....They really need to get it together.. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Im with you on all that.......I believe thats why Bette was looking at Tina the way she was....You know Bette shes gonna want to fix it or maybe she will take Tinas advice...The advice she gave her for Jodi .....Let her do it on her own if shes a success so be it ,if shes not. let her fall....She knows something is wrong...Lets just see if shes fine enough to step up to the plate...
