She is the most loyal of the group, being able to keep secrets and confronting issues head on. Shane is who shane she adds a sense of realness to the mix. She had an individual relationship with every member of the group. Her loyalty is everlasting. Mar 5 2008, 7:22 PM EST The thing about shane is like on the BIG Board she seems to be a hub in these womens lives, theres always one that seems to glue the group. shane for all her crazy romantic entangelments never creates problems in the group, everyone can exspose themselves to her and there for to us with out worry of judgement and they all know that. Look how CRACK CRAZY jennys ego has become yet Shane lets it go she is thier touch stone. How could you bring in someone new establish that sort of comfort level with all of the charicters in a season or two. The show would be hurt because it is through Shanes eyes that we do get to see so much think of all of the times bette has spoken to Shane and shown her softer side. 4 out of 4 found this valuable.
