Didn't Alice sign a non disclosure form?

L WORD SEASON FIVE What happened to Alice signing a non disclosure form to attend the Barry byrd party?Are there no reprecussions for Alice? I mean Barry Byrd is a lawyer, wouldn't he sue her? 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Bi-racial I don't think he would because first Alice never mentioned who gave the party inorder for him to sue her he would have to acknowledge he gave the party and the list of guess would have to be disclosed. Letting Alice go is the lesser of two evils. What do you think? Do you find this valuable?

yea... I think you pretty much have a point there... indeed in this case.. letting Alice go is the lesser of the two evils... Do you find this valuable?
