Peppermaud	Bette, Tina and Jodi Mar 17 2008, 10:03 AM EDT I know that most or maybe all of you are not going to disagree with me but I didn't want Jodi and Bette to break up and I really didn't want Tina and Bette to get back together! They get on my nerves! I have 2 friends that do this all the time. They cheat on each other and hook up with these girls and allow them to fall in love with them and then hook back up with each other again while hurting the feelings of these other girls. It makes me angry. I know it's just a show but this shit happens all the time and it ain't cool. I don't think they belong toghether and they will cheat on each other again. Like the story goes once a cheater always a cheater. Candice persued Bette in the first place, then when Bette tried to put a halt on it. Candice came back after Bette. Bette was weak person in all this. I think Bette was always in love with Tina. Honestly, if someone does not want to be in a relationship with me anymore, I'd let them go ASAP. I wouldn't follow them to work to discuss a relationship that's already over. Bette told Jodi that she was in love with Tina with her eyes OPEN. Then, Jodi asks if Bette is in love with her. Bette says she loves Jodi with her eyes CLOSED. Hello...take the nonverbal communication cues, Jodi. This is something Jodi has to be exceptional at. The moral of the story is to have some sense of self worth and not beg someone to be with you who has proven to be a cheater and wants to go back to their baby's mother! What exactly is a promise? It doesn't really mean anything, it's just words that people use to entice you to do something, And most of the time people fall for it, and this is because it seems like the right thing to do. But once the person shows their true colors it's time to go while you try to keep your dignity in tact. In fact in my own life while I was dating I specifically asked my significant others if they have cheated before and 99% of the time I didn't date the person that did cheat. But there was that 1% that I fell for and guess what... the person cheated on me. Never again. On the moving issue... you as a person should know if your life can continue in the place that you move to (and by life I mean I your hopes, dreams and aspirations) it shouldn't just depend on the person you are moving in with or better yet if you move to the same city so you can see them more often. (something I would never do, we would have to be living together) [therfore I think what Jodi did was preposterous] Maybe if they lived together she would have seen the signs quicker and her heart would not have been broken. When you love someone as much as Bette claims she loves Tina, you don't hesitate - you follow your heart and go after her. Seems like Bette is just using Jodi b/c she's afraid to be alone. Jodi is too strong and self-sufficient for Bette's ego and Tina is stupid for just sitting back and waiting on Bette to make a decision. And you're right - once Bette and Tina get back together, it will be just a matter of time before Bette strays. Seeing how she loved Bette enough to follow her to L.A Jodi isn't just going to let go. I mean come on if you left your home to follow some girl you just "liked"... why leave in the first place? Besides Bette should have made it clear the first time how she felt for Jodi. Since Bette gave her that slight chance of hope for their relationship Jodi took it. Love has no pride. If your not willing to have some form of selfhumility(sp?) then your never going to have a working relationship. Which by the way is the reason Bette and Tina have so many issues.... If I had just started dating someone and was offered an amazing job right in my field, then I would pack my things and relocate too. No, of course they weren't "in love" yet. And I'll tell you why I say "somewhat"... I agree that Bette and Tina shouldn't be together, but I also believe that Bette and Jodi shouldn't be together either. Bette is a cheater. I don't necessarily agree with the whole "once a cheater, always a cheater", but Alice said it best S5E11, Bette cheated on everyone- Tina, Alice, Jodi. Like seriously, Bette has proven herself to want a relationship (have her cake), but still get whatever from whoever on the side (and eat it too). For that reason she needs to not be tied down. Not for a while anyway. Maybe her and Tina will take whatever they have slowly, and if it's meant to be than it will be. I'm fairly certain that the show will end with them being together. But hopefully it's after they've taken time apart (NOT in a relationship with anyone tho), and can fully devote themselves to one another. They will have to deal with each other and each others partners. We that started with Tina having to deal with Bette's partner, she did not like it very much. Tina realized that we are all human and make mistakes. It makes us adults on how we deal and learn from these mistakes. Tina took the childish route in the face of this situation.
