"You are so true, I have been in my relationship for the last 5 years and she brought kids into this relationship. I don't believe I could not have these kids part of my life. They are in every aspect of what I do on a daily bases. Bette abd Tina have been together for 8 years when they broke up. Which has been happening over the last few seasons. Time does not stand still after the relationship, Angelica is 3 or 4 years old and is in preschool. So this relationship is 11 or 12 years long. Those don't just dissappear over night."Finally...someone who can do math....it has been 11-12yrs and that makes a lot of difference....much, much more history. It was stupid because we never talked about dating during our separations. It would have been too painful to tell her. But shit happens, especially when you are vunerable..but that is ancient history...the last fling was 12 years ago. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Meaning not together and I believe that doesn't actually count as cheating. (others may disagree but that is just me) Imean while you anyone else like Bette and Tina being in a committed relationship had an affair with someone else (kissing, fucking, touching etc...) and the person has to know about it or found out about it by accident. These wounds don't heal and once that happens most people watch for signs and aren't very forgiving about it. And like Bette and Tina did (you split up). If you really cheated (while in a committed relationship and not on a break) and didn't get caught all that means is you are good at keeping secrets and a lasting relationship can't work with secrets. This is why I don't think it will work out for Bette and Tina. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"I think everyone needs to remember the 7 year history here. Bette is Tina's first, they have a child and the time. I think it would be very difficult for Tina NOT to want to be with Bette. As for Bette, the girl needs counseling andthey need to go to couple's counseling. I am in a 10 year relationship and we have a 3 year old together. If my partner cheated I can't say for sure I would leave. Why? Because of our son and our history together. How can you just start all over again and forget that history, that life.
