Discussion: Tina has come full circle

"I agree. Tina is definitely on an even footing with Bette now and hopefully they can make a go of their relationship this time around. They have been through so much together and I think now they will be able to talk to each other about their problems/fears, instead of going to Dan Foxworthy or any therapist. They definitely proved that in Ep 509 in the elevator that they can sort out their own worries without involving someone else. As Bette said in Ep 506, "they just have to take the time to decide what they want"."

I was thinking that there wasn't time for a baby, in the short 8 ep of season 6 --but over these lean long 10 months we have coming till L Word returns next year, they could conceivably return in Season 6 ready to deliver or indeed have a child in tow! I want the writers to go down in history that they really were the groundbreaking ones who gave lesbians their true voice. (are you listening Ilene??) This series must end on an upnote for the characters, the acctresses and the gay population. (and an EMMY) Perhaps then no more kids will get killed as they are gay just, because of bullying and intolerance. Shooting them is today's way of dealing with it! It's total sucky that we can pay taxes, vote and die for our country, but not good enough to be equal. Bette and Tina will go down in herstory."

"I'm glad we finally got to see Tina as a self-confident, assertive, beautiful character this season. Also I am happy that Tina had so much screen time this year. I've missed her a lot since season 2. Hopefully she, Bette and Angelica will be happy forever."
