Sometimes people can take on more then one project. It's actually a great gig you have steady work for 6 months and have off six months, that's pretty awesome so I can't see any of these actresses turning down roles if L Word went on beyond 6 season, even if they have other projects. 5 out of 6 found this valuable. Do you? |

Apr 25 2008, 1:35 PM EDT Well, if Jennifer Beals already has projects going on, and would not continue on the L Word, I would still watch it, but the show won't be the same. TIna and Bette make the show. They should have offered JB whatever she wanted to stay on the L Word. I am sure she could handle more then one project, like so many BIG actors and actresses do. Come on,(L Word) they work six months and have off six months, what's a better gig then that???? I wrote showtime and told them they should have signed contracts for at least another 3 years with the show and the same cast. But maybe your right, maybe someone like Jennifer Beals does not want to be tight casted (playing a lesbian roll). What a shame, I really loved watching the L Word esspecially Tina and Bette. 4 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

Let HBO pick it up, who cares, as long as it stays on the air. In between seasons I watch Work Out, another great show on Bravo. But nothing like the L Word. I am so attached to the characters. It's like a soap opera, but they don't end soap operas. 3 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

May 6 2008, 10:05 AM EDT "Call Bob Greenblatt at 310-234-5301 or 310-234-5200I'd never even heard of the L word until one night i was trying tosleep & my boyfriend had the tv up loud, so i looked up and was like ''wtf is this'' little did i know how much i'd end up loving & obessing over it. [i've only seen season 1, 4, &5] so theres alot i missed. Anyways.. im only 26, but my bf and i have been together almost 11 years.. we had a huge falling out and i ended up in the hospital after being suicidal.. i was numb for months..Until we were finally laying down together and watching the last episode of season 1..The scene where Tina found out that Bette was cheating and the love they have for eachother, i cried so hard and my emotions finally came back to me.. it seriously changed my life.. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |
