Newcomers to L Word, all welcomed
May 17 2008, 1:43 PM EDT Season 5 was my first year watching L Word. (1st time having Showtime). OMG!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't know what I was missing. I LOVED THE SHOW. I think the acting is superb and the story lines are fantastic. I love all the ladies. I got so envolved with season 5 I was so sorry when it ended. I immediately researched and purchased all 4 seasons and have been watching L Word from the pilot and all 4 years past. I can't get enough of Bette and Tina. I can't get enough of L WORD PERIOD!!!! I love all of the characters I can't sleep at nite tryin to catch up on the past 4 years. All day long I'm hummin the theme song and counting the minutes 'til I can get home and look at another episode. Am I crazy???? WOW , I athought I was straight, but this show sends chills UP & DOWN my spine. I would like to hear from others old & newcomers about their feelings and what we can do to get Showtime to extend into season 7. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

No!... you are not abnormal to actually be counting down the minutes till you can get home and watch a new episode.. and it's not abnormal that you can't sleep at night in order to catch up on the past 4 years of the L word... =) Wow... seem like the show is changing the fluid in you.. lol...and can I just say you're a TiBette Lover? Or is it someone else? My favorite character and cast is Shane aka Kate Moennig... she really caught my eyes from the very first episode of the L word.. like you.. I didn't watch the L word from the very first time it was aired.. I actually started watching online.. just before the 5th season started... =) I'm so sure. that I will buy every single dvd of the L word as soon as I get enough penny.. haha... and as to what we can do to get showtime to extend for a 7th season.. honestly.. seriously.. no idea.. I don't think petition will even work out this time.. they seem pretty determine to make season 6 the last and final one... =) I'm gonna be really sad actually.. but.. well.. the L word will live for the next decade or so.. lolx... Do you find this valuable? |

May 18 2008, 4:28 PM EDT I want to talk about the 1st season when Bette cheated on Tina. I know this is old for most of you but since I didn't even know L Word exsisted back then, it's all new to me. We all can see that they really love each other so why did it take 3 years to get back together. Neither one of them would say the magic words, " I love YOU" . Tina was much to hard on Bette and Bette didn't try hard enough to be close to Tina. She never really told her how much she loved her & she couldn't live without her. I think she could have gotten Tina to forgive her if she did things differently. So in season 4 she meets her match in Jodi. I kinda like Bette & Jodi too. I don't understand why & how Tina could help Bette win Jodi back. THat's stupid. She should jump at the chance to get Bette back. I know she could easliy seduce her back into her bed. They want to make love to each other so bad you know they got to be wet. Bette should just let Jodi go and work on her relationship withTina. Next time I want to talk about Helena, WOW, she's sooooo hot. Do you find this valuable? |
