Discussion: Predictions for Max

"This is one character that kind of grew on me. I learned a lot about this complex character. Max has a lot of issues to work out and some to contend with. For the moment, he is content with Tom. Grace has been a good friend and lover to him. I like to see his relationship remain intact with Grace, and still allow Max some flexibility to continue on with his journey of self-introspection."

"Not sure what that means by that katie, but I'll admit Max grew on me as well. He never turned his back on Jenny or any of the other girls no matter how bad they treated him. When Alice was so mean this season it made me think of all the people who are mean to lesbian's everyday without reason. It open my eyes to my owe intolerance, that was a hard pill to swallow. I found myself actually happy when Tom was going all la la over him. But I still like him with Grace better, she understands him and accepts him for who he is. When Tom said he had never slept with a girl at the camp fire I wanted to be happy that he see's Max for who he wants to me but somehow it came across as him not accepting him for all that he is. Max hasn't had the surgery so technically he still has a girl's body so how could Tom mean what he said?

Max deserves to be loved for who he is, who he wants to be and who he will become I think Grace is already doing that with out pretending not to see her for all he wants to be. "
