"Tasha becomes a cop. She experience some prjudice from her male partner cop that is training her because she is gay. But Tasha proves herself to her partner & is accepted. Tasha gets shot while trying to intervene in an armed robbery. She is in a coma. Things are very critical. She fights her way back to health. Alice gives her an ultimatum leave the polive for or leave her because Alice is too fearful of losing her like she did Laura. Tasha must choose. But before she chooses she discovers Clea & Alice have had an affair."
