"It does throw me off how she isn't considered an A lister, maybe it was her past performances that really brought her down.

In the season 2 commentary Leisha, Kate, and Erin said that every morning she runs like 8 miles, up mountains, meditates, buys organic groceries, and she's very serious. I wonder if she really does have a down to earth personality? I have read here and there that she is an outspoken straight advocate for gay rights. "

"I don't know, she seems reticent, secretive, and just a tad arrogant. She has said before that gives input towards the script and she has the largest trailer out of all them. "

"Jennifer likes to say that it's the story that attracts her to a part and not how big the part is and that, ultimately, the story will outlast any performance. Well, true, but both her and Laurel's perfomances have made the story of Bette and Tina so special. I'm taken aback every time I experience their on-screen chemistry.

It's a shame that Jennifer isn't on Hollywood's "A" list because her talent, performance, charm, charisma and, of course unbeliveable beauty, are simply a dream for some ladies who happened to be in the right place at the right time. Being as modest as she is, Jennifer's happy that she's been a part of the show that means so much to so many people. I wish that "The L Word" brings this amazing actress what she deserves - future projects which will make her elite.

Jennifer is a breath of fresh air and a true gay icon, I've never seen a straight person fight for gay rights so passionately as she does. She brings hope and inspiration.

I think JB has not become an A lister because she lacks a certain confidence and thick skin-ness. I think she has become a strong voice for gay rights because of her association with Ilene and GLAAD who give her so much moral support and request her presence in the gay community. She feels the love and welcome arms of the gay community. Of course you would fight for your friends, right?

The people who are "A listers" really thirst, drive and seek out their spot in the list. I don't see that same drive in Jen. But then, I've never really took interest Jen outside of Bette before December 2008 so maybe I just missed it somewhere. That's just my 1st impression from the dozens of interviews and speeches I've seen. Nothin against her, I totally adore and admire her and want her to have what she wants. I think she enjoys getting lost in stories like a kid in fantasy land. Do you find this valuable?

what about great acting and Jennifer's (not Bette) shyness and vulnerability, thoughtfulness in speaking and sense of humour. I bet she's a great friend and I will put my money on that. Just adding to Renata P's list Do you find this valuable?
